'Go for your life' Infoline
The 'Go for your life' Infoline is a telephone service offering information, health coaching and support on physical activity and healthy eating.
This service is funded by the Victorian Government's 'Go for your life' initiative, and delivered by Kinect Australia. 'Go for your life' is a whole Victorian Government initiative that aims to promote healthy eating and increase levels of physical activity with the Infoline being a component of this program. A range of physical activity and healthy eating-based fact sheets, recipe books and other printed resources are available to callers on request. The Infoline also directs callers to local events, clubs and other activities that support Victorians to be healthy and active.

'Go for your life' Information Centre
The 'Go for your life' Information Centre is a central hub for organisations, professionals and practitioners interested in physical activity program development to access news, research and resources. The Information Centre builds workforce capacity and contributes to partnerships and information sharing at all levels.
High quality information is continually gathered from a diverse range of reputable sources. Information is made available through the Victorian Government's 'Go for your life' website, direct e-mail, forums and the circulation of hard copy publications. Areas of focus include men's health and walking.
The Information Centre delivers a series of forums on topics relating to physical activity and healthy eating statewide.
