Recreation SA's mission is to increase active participation in recreation by working in partnership with the fitness, outdoor recreation, community recreation and aquatic industries in South Australia. It is recognised and funded by the South Australian Government as the peak body in South Australia for the fitness, outdoor recreation, community recreation and aquatic industries.

Through this alliance, Kinect Australia will support Recreation SA to provide enhanced services to industry in South Australia and promote increased opportunities for engagement in broader health promotion initiatives.

There will be a seamless integration of Recreation South Australia's instructor registration system with Kinect's national program which will deliver enhanced benefits to all registered instructors and trainers. Instructors who have been registered through Recreation SA will be able to maintain their registration through this process and are now able to access insurance through Kinect's low cost, national program delivered through JLT Sport and SportsCover Australia.

Kinect Australia is working collaboratively with Recreation South Australia to provide positive and professional support to industry and communities in South Australia.
