Insurance Programs FAQ's

 Q. Can I get a cover note before sending in my insurance application?

A. No! Your completed application form, the activities you provide and your Kinect Australia registration status must be assessed and approved before cover can be confirmed.

Q. If my registration with Kinect Australia lapses is my insurance still current?

A. No! A requirement of the programme is that you must maintain your registration with Kinect Australia at all times.

Q. Can I apply for my insurance prior to receiving my registration confirmation?

A. Yes! Indicate on your form that you are in the process of registering with Kinect Australia. JLT will contact Kinect to confirm that your registration application has been processed.

Remember you can apply for insurance at any time, but it is not valid until you are registered.

Q. Can I organize to have my insurance expiry coincide with my registration expiry date?

A. If you are employed directly by a Centre you should be covered however, you should check with your employer. If you move between centres or freelance i.e. conduct your own business, it would be advisable to have your own insurance
